The certification constitutes the ongoing commitment of our company to improve internal practices and obtain clients’ confidence in our processes. We try to position ourselves as a referenced contract manufacturer of food supplements in Europe. Production of consumable products (pills, capsules, syrups, powders, gels) constitutes a large share of our services. Therefore, aiming towards ISO 22000: 2018 certification was a natural choice.
Implementation effort required to review our processes end-to-end in order to plan and design the management system comprising full product life cycle from production design and initiation until final delivery. Management system includes enabling product traceability, possessing quality control and measurement devices, emergency and product withdrawal procedures, trained and qualified personnel, adapted technical infrastructure and appropriate working environment.
